Meet Your Host
Stephen Kagawa, LUTCF, FSS

Within the first 3 years of joining the industry, 86% of financial advisors leave. Out of the remaining 14%, only the top 5-10% are the ones who are considered to be "making it."
This staggering statistic tells me that there’s a piece missing. Something’s broken. The traditional way of financial planning is failing to deliver to what it promises aspiring advisors who come into the business.
If you’ve done the work, gone through all the training, gotten all the right licenses, have access to the products and services people need to meet their goals, and are figuring out what those goals are, shouldn’t it then follow that you’re tremendously successful in this career? It should.
I created this workshop for people like you. For people who are committed to the industry and to serve their chosen communities. Having been in the financial services industry for over 40 years and a perennial MDRT Top of the Table member, I'm committed to helping financial advisors love the work they do.
This purpose drives my efforts to develop the next generation of financial advisors - Aloha Financial Advisors®. A community of entrepreneurial and mission-oriented advisors that build practices of purpose and value, based upon their own personal beliefs, elevating their business and life in its entirety while creating positive impact among the underserved, poorly served, and unserved.
